This coffee is harvested from a certified Rainforest Alliance farm in the west region of El Salvador at an altitude of 1200 masl to 1450 masl. It is a mixture of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties.
This coffee is from Las Isabellas which is a certified Rainforest in the west region of El Salvador, the county is small and densely populated on top of a seismic zone with 20 volcanoes. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1200 masl to 1450 masl, which is a mixture of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties. the coffee is naturally processed, which delivers its acidy flavour, chocolate, and sweet tobacco finish.
Las Isabellas is located in the south face of “Cerron Grande” of Apaneca in the west region of El Salvador is part of the Blue Harvest project. CRS’ Blue Harvest program works with farmers and other stakeholders in the Coffeelands to promote “water-smart” production and milling practices.
