We are an independent coffee roastery in the West Midlands. Our roaster is
passionate about roasting the best coffee beans from around the world — from the
highlands of Ethiopia to the volcanic soils of Central America.
We not only ensure the coffee beans are freshly roasted, but every impurity is
carefully removed both before and after roasting. What lands in your bag is
nothing but clean, honest coffee.

15g coffee for a single V60. 18g for a double espresso.

Grind fresh
Medium for V60. Fine for espresso. Grind just before brewing.

Time the pour
2:30 total brew time on the V60. 25–30s extraction for espresso.
