Terms of Service

This page sets out the terms for using our website and buying our coffee. Last updated: January 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Perfect Cup Roastery website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change any product at any time. Prices are listed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We may update prices without notice, but the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order creates an offer to buy. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. Payment is required at the time of order. We use third-party payment providers; by completing a purchase, you also agree to their terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping and delivery

We aim to roast, pack and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin from the dispatch date. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We currently ship within the United Kingdom; international delivery may be available on request.

6. Returns and refunds

Coffee is a perishable food product. For hygiene and quality reasons, opened coffee bags cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photographs and your order number.

7. Subscriptions

If you purchase a coffee subscription, you will be billed automatically on the schedule you select. You can pause, modify or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us before the next billing date. Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names and branding, is the property of Perfect Cup Roastery or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Cup Roastery is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
